Senior Pastor

Jose Luis Renteria and his wife Elizabeth are the founding pastors of Emmanuel Church, a church with English and Spanish services on the border with Mexico. Pastor Renteria’s vision is to reach out to younger generations by doing church services through a more contemporary approach. He is devoted to train and support new leaders through mentoring, workshops, and conferences. He values education, encourages those around him to never stop educating themselves, and be the best equipped servant leaders to build God’s kingdom. He has traveled extensively around the world to support missionaries, native pastors, and orphanages. He and his wife are the proud parents of daughter Elizabeth and son Joseph.
